Description
Chinook was originally bred as a bittering hop but recently has been recognized as a dual-purpose hop that is well-rounded and suited for many different styles. With its predominantly spicy and piney characteristics, these transfer through into the flavor and aroma. This hop also contributes bright grapefruit notes that enhance its clean bitterness.
