Description
About– This classic radish has bright red tops and white bottoms that add beautiful color to salads. With more of a turnip shape, this variety has a delicious crisp taste.
When and Where to Plant– Plant 4-6 weeks before the last frost in spring or in late summer for a fall crop. Grow in full sun or partial shade. Prefers loose, fertile, well drained soil with a pH of 5.5 to 6.8
Care and Harvest– Harvest your radishes as they mature, usually within 25 to 30 days. Works well as a companion plant throughout the garden and helps to repel pests from other vegetables.
