Description
About– Seaside Baby spinach is a superior quality variety for baby leaf and microgreen growing. It has a moderately slow growth rate and an upright plant habit, both critical for producing mild tasting, easy to harvest greens. Seaside has a smooth, thick, very dark green, spade-shaped leaf which allows for resistance to wind and rain damage and for easier cleaning. Seaside also has multiple-race downy mildew resistance for growers who require a premium disease package.
