Description
Russian Sage is a woody perennial
with fine aromatic grey-green foliage. Whorls of pale blue flowers on airy pinnacles cover the foliage from summer into fall. Best flowering in
full sun
and well-drained soils. Drought tolerant once established. DO NOT eat the leaves- they are mildly toxic, however the flowers are edible and have a peppery flavor.
