About- A reddish-burgundy Heirloom version of Green Salad Bowl, this variety is delicious and does not get bitter as it matures. A steady grower even in warmer climates as it is heat tolerant and slow to bolt. 

When and where to plant– Plant in an area with full to partial sun. Grows best in loose, well-draining soils.

Care and Harvest– Water regularly. Does not require heavy fertilization. Harvest as desired between baby leaf stage and maturity.
