When and Where to Plant– Start indoors and transplant outside 2-3 weeks before your last expected frost. Will germinate in temperatures as low as 40°F. Prefers an area with full sun and slightly acidic, moist soil.
Care and Harvest– Keep plants well-watered. Harvest when the buds of the head are firm by cutting the stalk of the main head at a slant, and smaller side shoots will grow up from where you’ve cut.
