With one 9K unit (up to 350 sq ft) and one 18K unit (up to 800 sq ft), this system is perfect for balancing comfort across uneven spaces like a bedroom and living room.
You can set it up yourself using basic tools. No expensive service calls, just high-efficiency comfort, smart control, and serious savings.

Coverage Area
Please refer to this coverage chart to determine the required BTUs for the area you wish to cool or heat.
- Square Feet: Up to 400 | BTU = 9K
- Square Feet: Up to 550 | BTU = 12K
- Square Feet: Up to 800 | BTU = 18K
- Square Feet: Up to 1050 | BTU = 24K
- Square Feet: Up to 1550 | BTU = 36K
Note about condenser sizes versus total air handler capacity: The total capacity of the combined air handlers may exceed the capacity of the condenser in certain configurations. While this provides more flexibility in your setup, you will need to either shut off one of your air handlers (zones) or reduce the output of all zones.
