We’ve elevated traditional sumac with our super-premium ingredients and careful, small batch drying process, resulting in a must-have seasoning with a uniquely tangy and slightly nutty taste that pairs well with a variety of ingredients. It’s our favorite when simply mixed with extra virgin olive oil and used as a bread drip, but that’s just scratching the surface. 1.9 oz (54g) net wt. Non-GMO.
