Description
About- Canary Hybrid Melons have a gorgeous, golden-yellow skin that is smooth with no netting. Flesh is white and flavorfully sweet, and the inside of the melon has a small seed cavity. The vines of this melon will spread out to 6 feet. Melons will turn bright yellow when ready to harvest.
When and Where to Plant– Start indoors 2 weeks before last expected frost or direct sow 1-2 weeks after the last frost. Prefers well amended soils and full sun.
Care and Harvest– Water often and rotate melons when possible. Allow to ripen on the vine. Harvest when the melon is bright yellow and the stem easily slips off.
