Orange skin and deep orange flesh when cooked. Great traditional Southern sweet potato variety with a rich sweetness that has become a family favorite in more than a few households. Good yields, fairly uniform tubers, and an average keeper.

These slips are grown locally by the Appalachian Seed Growers Collective. Thomas, a member of the collective, has trialed 40 different varieties over ten years, and this sweet potato stands out as his best orange variety for both growing and taste. Seed stock was originally popularized by Dr. David Bradshaw and has been grown locally by Yanna Fishman since 2005. Available in 6 slip quantities only.
