Description

Timers are an essential part of most indoor growing setups. They can add a level of automation that is, at the very least, a major convenience and often a requirement for a precise and controlled grow.  Timers can be used to automate lighting cycles, air pumps, fan cycles, flood and drain cycles, and basically anything else that needs to happen on a time based schedule.  Analog timers often considered easier to set and use than digital timers, but they do not offer the same potential to set smaller increments of time as digital timers.

We usually recommend the Dual-Outlet timer over the Single-Outlet regardless of whether you need both outlets immediately.  They have a smaller footprint at your outlet and they save you from needing to purchase a second timer should you need one down the road.
