Description
Pumila Chinese Astilbe is a dwarf mounding herbaceous perennial
with dark green foliage. Stiff packed panicles of rich lavender-pink flowers bloom above the leaves from spring into summer. Flowers best in part shade
and rich, moist soils. Astilbe are deer and rabbit resistant.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low maintenance. Water regularly, keep soils moist to prevent burning or foliage decline. Powdery mildew and wilt may occur. Watch for Japanese beetles.
