Description
Hardy Kiwi Anna is a vigorous climbing vine that produces an abundance of small, smooth-skinned kiwi fruit — no peeling required. Unlike the fuzzy kiwi you find at the grocery store, these are sweet, tender, and eaten whole right off the vine. Reliably hardy in Ohio, this is a true perennial that comes back every year and gets more productive with age. It needs a male pollinator (Hardy Kiwi Male) to fruit, so make sure to grab one of each. Plant it where it has room to climb and something sturdy to climb on — this vine is a showstopper in full leaf and an absolute conversation piece even before it starts fruiting.
