Masses of large, deep red blossoms with two toned red and gold cones are produced all summer on this dense, compact, spreading perennial that thrives in full sun and dry conditions.Thrives in full, hot sun. Must have well drained soil to survive winter. Feed yearly with an organic fertilizer. Prune back hard after hard freeze in fall or in late winter.
