Wyeast’s American Ale Yeast delivers the clean and neutral flavor profile you would expect from a classic American ale strain. This yeast delivers a mild ester profile, few fruity notes, and a crisp flavor profile. Given its neutral profile, it makes for a great house strain and is capable of letting both hop and malt notes shine since it produces little character of its own. You may develop some mild citrusy notes with a cooler fermentation. Filter for a bright finished product
