The approximately 1 ¼” x 1 ½” x 1 ¼” deep pocket size is appropriate for small-to-medium sized seeds: tomatoes, basil, lettuces, peppers. Larger seeds like beans and pumpkins can be sprouted in the Sixie, but quickly outgrow the space. Overall dimensions: 3 3⁄4” x 6″ x 1 3⁄4″.
