Description
Allium sativum
A vigorous, cold-hardy Hardneck Porcelain variety known for its large, easy-to-peel cloves. Intense heat when eaten raw. Excellent roasting quality. Rosewood features white skin with rose-colored highlights and stores well for six to nine months. It thrives in cold climates and is resistant to rust.
Approximately 15-20 cloves per 1/2 lb.
