Quickly and easily connect and disconnect your brew tubing from kettles, pumps and fermenters without fiddling with hose clamps or trying to muscle the tubing on and off of barbed fittings!
When used in conjunction with the female QD these quick disconnects seal up completely regardless of the liquids direction of flow, while remaining simple and easy to use.
Features a 1/2″ Male National Pipe Thread on the outer ends that offers easy connectivity to just about anything.
The quick disconnect will hold pressure for typical brewing applications when moving liquids at 60psi or less. 1/2″ ID.
Gasket temperature range is -40° to 250° F.
Open port, does not have a shut-off.
