Never being a fan of commercially available pumpkin beers, we set out define the style our way. This beer is brewed with real pumpkin in the mash in conjunction with well-kilned crystal malts to help carry the pumpkin flavor through. The spices are well balanced as to not overshadow the complex malt body and delicate hopping. Aged on cinnamon sticks and Madagascar vanilla beans, this beer is sure to bring in the fall with style.
