This is the first organic hybrid shishito available on the market.
Extremely prolific, bush-habit plants do not require staking. Elegant fruit is pale green, but darker than our open-pollinated Shishito and has some variation in shape. When you get a hot one, this variety is spicier than our open-pollinated variety, but most are not hot. Perfect for baking or blistering on the grill. It performed well in trials in Florida, the Northeast, and California. Bred by EarthWork Seeds.
