About- This common kale variety has exceptional flavor and a high nutritional value. Produces high yields of small textured leaves that are a great option for fresh salads and stir-frys.
When and Where to Plant– Start indoors and transplant outside 2-3 weeks before your last expected frost or direct sow anytime from early spring through late summer. The soil should drain well and have a pH of around 6.5
Care and Harvest– Water regularly. Does not require heavy fertilization. Harvest as desired between baby leaf stage and mature leaves.
