Description

When and Where to Plant– Start seeds indoors 8 weeks before your last frost, or direct sow once the soil has warmed. Select a sunny area with rich, well-draining soils.
Care and Harvest– Keep well watered and fertilized. To save tubers, dig them up in the fall once plant has died back and allow them to dry before storing them for winter.
